Tipple & Tamper brings bespoke beverage banqueting to the Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay & Brisbane areas, with a carefully curated menu that will delight & inspire.

We strive to be holistic in our approach to our menu. It showcases offerings that are ethically sourced, environmentally friendly & support local business first.
We bring our expertise to your event, with a combination of over 45 years of experience brought to the business.

Introducing the Founder : Melanie, who has over 25 years experience within 5 star luxury outlets in the Hospitality Industry. Melanie applies the principles & practices of high end service to each event, she aims to exceed the highest of expectations.

Co-owner John, is our logistics legend. Making the impossible possible & bump-in a breeze, John brings a lifetime of logistical experience ranging from the ADF to multinational companies such as Toll, TNT & more.

Crema Cart

Starting with our most petite model, the Crema Cart. Designed for the smallest spaces, yet equipped for the largest of gatherings. Measuring at just 2m long & 1m wide when in use, the Crema Cart certainly is, compact coffee catering at its finest.

Tipple & Tamper - 8ft

As cute as a button, coupled the power & performance of a high volume commercial cafe… Suitable for coffee only catering of outdoor events of all shapes and sizes, our smallest caravan is nimble, fitting into smaller spaces with ease.

Tipple & Tamper - 12ft

The largest of our fleet, and the original Tipple & Tamper.

Measuring well under a 5 x 2.5 site space, our classic vintage styled van is suitable for large scale events, and gatherings where a variety of premium hot & cold beverages are desired.

From our network of five Ray White offices on the Sunshine Coast; Thank you John, Melanie and team for your amazing coffees, delicious catering and professional service from start to finish - serving 450 coffees in six hours! We will be connecting with you again for future events.
